The business started on an Organic smallholding on the slopes of Monte Amiata, in Southern Tuscany. Bottling their first Olive oil in 1994, founders Peri Eagleton and David Harrison began their quest to source artisan producers, like them, who believed in sustainability, minimal processing, traceability and provenance.

Carole has been stocking these amazing products since they began and we continue to support the wonderful high quality, unique products they bring to the market.

Made predominantly from the Olivastra Seggianese olive, unique to the territories surrounding the village of Seggiano in southern Tuscany. It has a distinctive yet delicate flavour, with a fresh olive fruit aroma, creamy texture, buttery nutty taste & a balanced hint of pepperiness. Delicious as a condiment to cooked fish, chicken, with rice, potatoes & cooked or raw vegetables.
