Description

This luxury hamper contains the best of English sparkling wine and a few of Matt’s other favourite things.

Showcasing an award-wining bottle of Classic Cuvee sparkling wine from The Three Choirs Vineyard. The traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle results in a pleasantly dry wine with a fresh acidity and delicate, clean, fruit character.

This is paired with a piece of sweet and nutty ewes milk cheese and some Delice de cremier, a triple cream cheese specially created to compliment sparkling wines.

The crisp snap of Peter’s Yard Sourdough crackers works perfectly with the soft and creamy texture of the cheeses and the fruit chutney mirrors the sweet fruity flavours in the wine.  A delicious, decadent hamper to share with someone special.
