Swaledale Goat and Ewe

The cheese is made in both goat’s milk and ewe’s milk.


The Reed family has been making Swaledale cheese in Richmond, Yorkshire since 1987.

The goat’s cheese is crumbly and moist when young and develops into a deeper goaty flavour when matured. The ewe’s cheese is much creamier in texture yet has a delicate flavour.

Vegetarian and pasteurised.
