Gruyere Premier Cru

Fruity, nutty and intense with a fabulous crystalline texture, this has been the winner of the World Cheese Competition three times.


Made in Kaltbach near Lucerne in Switzerland. The Gruyere Premier Cru has a dense texture with small salt crystals. It is smooth and slightly soft to the touch with a slightly damp feel. Its ivory colour varies according to the season.
