Cheshire Honey is made by Mayflower Apiaries in Warrington. It is a small beekeeping business looking after over 50 apiaries throughout North Cheshire. The honey is a mixture of the following nectars: fruit blossom, dandelion, sycamore, oil seed rape, field beans, clover, lime, willowherb and balsam.
