Cashel Blue

Cashel Blue is a semi-soft cheese with an established blue character. Tangy, rich flavour.

Cashel Blue is made in Ireland and it is named after the  “Rock of Cashel,” a medieval castle that was once the seat of the Kings of Munster. It is the place where the shamrock began to be used as one of Ireland’s national symbols.
